About ScatterTones: who we are & what we do
ScatterTones is a co-ed a cappella group from the University of California,
Los Angeles. Founded in the Fall Quarter of 2002, the group's members are
constantly pushing themselves to exceed the standards set elsewhere. With
innovative arrangements, powerful soloists, some of the best collegiate
vocal percussion in southern California and humorous skits, the experience
of a ScatterTones performance will leave you wanting more. While our
repertoire is predominantly rock/pop, a chamber piece is never out of the
question.

Membership in ScatterTones is determined through a competitive process each
Fall Quarter. We are audition for new members at the beginning of every fall quarter. If you
are interested in auditioning for ScatterTones in the future, please check
out our audition information page or contact any member
of the group.

ScatterTones is available for performances in multiple settings. Please
contact us at scatts@ucla.edu if you have any questions regarding the group
or wish to have a performance.
